Team Atlas, a robotics team from Bangladesh, has recently earned 9th position at this year’s Australian Rover Challenge 2024. The team earned this rank among 14 finalists, which included institutions from India and Australia. The competition’s final round was held from March 21 to March 25, 2024, at the University of Adelaide. 

Team Atlas, a robotics team from Bangladesh, has recently earned the Gold Medal in the IT & Robotics Segment at this year's World Invention Competition and Exhibition. The team won amongst 400 competing teams from 20 participating countries, including China, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Thailand.

Team Atlas, a robotics team from Bangladesh, recently ranked second worldwide at the World Robotics Championship 2023 among more than 300 teams. Previously, they also became Gold Medalists at the International Science & Innovation Fair 2022, and earned the award of Galactic Problem Solver in the NASA Space Apps Challenge 2021.

This year's World Robotics Championship was organised across nine tracks, including the ‘WRC Innovation Contest’, in which Team Atlas became the first runners-up. Team Atlas brought two robots; Defender, a firefighting robot, and Atlas Spark, a multifunctional robot used for mining, investigation, and rescue.
