Manual toll collection is causing congestion and suffering of commuters

The government earned record Tk 3.16 crore in revenue through toll from the vehicles that crossed the Padma Bridge yesterday (July 1, 2022), the sixth day after opening of the bridge to traffic.

Bus fares on 13 southwestern routes will be increased to adjust the toll on Padma Bridge, said a Bangladesh Road Transport Authority circular yesterday (June 8, 2022).
