Government to construct the Dhaka Bypass (Joydevpur-Debgram-Bhulta-Modonpur Road) under public-private-partnership (PPP) expecting it to play an important role in addressing the acute traffic congestion in the capital.

Extra measures are to be taken in the Dhaka metro rail project to check noise, shock and vibration in key places like Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban, Dhaka University and National Museum.
