The High Court accepts the appeal for its hearing filed by former BNP lawmaker Kazi Salimul Haque challenging the lower court order that convicted and sentenced him to 10 years’ imprisonment in the Zia Orphanage Trust corruption case.

Former BNP lawmaker Kazi Salimul Haque, who was convicted along with BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia in Zia Orphanage Trust corruption case, files an appeal with the High Court challenging the trial court verdict that sentenced him to 10 years’ imprisonment.
