ISACA celebrates global community day

ISACA's Dhaka Chapter joined IT professionals across the world on October 4 to mark the organisation's annual Community Day, a global initiative dedicated to volunteer service and community engagement.

According to a press release, the event saw ISACA members, staff and volunteers take part in a series of activities, including awareness walks, blood donation drives and community clean-ups. 

ISACA is a professional association and learning organisation which has 185,000 members in 188 countries with 225 chapters. In 2024, ISACA reported that 109 teams volunteered more than 7,200 hours across 45 countries.
