New season of The Mandalorian premieres on October 30

"The Mandalorian", a sci-fi show about a mysterious bounty hunter in the Star Wars universe, is set to return for another season on Disney+.

Announced by Disney on their official twitter page on Wednesday, September 2, the tweet was devoid of any other detail. As the time of writing of this article, Disney has yet to release any trailer or teaser footage of Season 2, leaving that fans in the dark about what to expect from the new season.

Created by Jon Favreau, "The Mandalorian," is one of the few series that are on schedule as it wrapped up filming right before the COIVD-19 shut down. Other Disney+ originals such as the Marvel Studios The Falcon and the Winter Soldier were less fortunate, being delayed because of production issues brought on by the pandemic.
