Lutfa Begum Tapader passes away

Lutfa Begum Tapader of Bateshwar area in Sylhet Sadar upazila died at Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital in the early hours of Monday morning. She was 75.

She left behind two daughters, one son and grandchildren. Her only son Ekush Tapader is a sports reporter of The Daily Star.

She was suffering from breathing difficulties and other old-age complications and was admitted to hospital on Sunday night.

She was buried at the graveyard at her residen at Mollapur village of Beanibazar upazila in Sylhet after namaz-e-janaza today following Johr prayer.
