Emphasising that all preparations regarding tomorrow's SSC exam have been made, Education Minister Dipu Moni has said that there is no chance of questions leaking.

She made these remarks while inaugurating the newly constructed building of Dakshin Aicha Principal Nazrul Islam College of Bhola's Char Fasson Upazila today as chief guest.

"If anyone tries to spread rumour over leaking question papers, strict action will be taken," the minister added.

Regarding the nationalisation of private educational institutions, Dipu Moni said that whether private educational institutions will be nationalised or not is a matter of policy.

"The government is thinking about it. It needs to be analysed first because the financial factor is related to this," she added.

The Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations for 2023 will begin tomorrow.

According to the Ministry of Education, a total of 20,72,163 candidates are likely to sit for this year's SSC and equivalent exams.

In order to ensure a fair and peaceful environment no one except the candidates will be allowed within 200 yards of the examination halls during the examinations, Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) said in a press release on April 27.
