DU waives students’ dorm, transport fees until university opens

Authorities of Dhaka University have decided to waive students' dormitory and transport fees as the university has been closed since March 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The fees students paid during the closure will be adjusted soon as well, according to a press release issued in this regard.

"The fees have been waived till the university opens considering students' demands and limitations," reads the release signed by DU registrar.
