Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni today said that education will be the biggest mega project in the coming days, highlighting the sector's progress.

She made the remarks before announcing HSC results at a press conference in Dhaka's International Mother Language Institute this afternoon.

"Under Prime Minister's leadership, we were able to keep our education system afloat even during the Covid-19 pandemic. Despite the fact that the exams were not completed on time, we were able to complete 2021's exams in the year and announce the results today," she said.

"All of Bangabandhu's steps in the field of education, as well as in all other fields, are still very relevant for us. We are moving forward in line with Bangabandhu's educational philosophy," the minister said.

"We are working to ensure that our students are proficient in the use of science and technology. We want to achieve our goals by effectively addressing all challenges of 4th Industrial Revolution and maximising its potentials," she said.

"I believe that education will be the biggest mega project under Sheikh Hasina's leadership in coming days. Those who have passed HSC and other equivalent exams will be proficient. We are taking a number of steps to help everyone. I would ask that you keep your mind's doors and windows open. Break free from conventional thinking and prepare yourself for the country and the workplace. Our goal should be to be competent," Dipu Moni added.
