Impress Telefilm to nab 9 National Awards today

Channel i's Impress Telefilm will be on the receiving end of 9 awards in today's National Film Awards for 2016. Four of their films, notably Oggyatonama will be honoured. Oggyatonama has won 'Best Film' for 2016, Shahiduzzaman Selim has won the award for 'Best Villain'. Tauquir Ahmed has won 'Best Scriptwriter' award for the same film. Tania Ahmed will receive the award for 'Best Supporting Role' for her contribution to Krishnopokkho, while Anam Rahman Khan won the 'Best Child Artist' award for Shankhachil. Waqeel Ahmed won the 'Best Male Singer' for lending his voice to the film Dorpon Bishorjon, while Meher Afroz Shaon won 'Best Female Singer' for Krishnopokkho. Impress Telefilm has won a grand total of 171 National Awards since 2003.
