Model-actress Hasin came into the spotlight after winning the Veet-Channel i Super Model pageant, and have not looked back since. She is now acting in four drama serials, along with many other TV and modeling commitments. In a recent conversation with The Daily Star, the popular TV artiste talked about her current projects. Excerpts:

Tell us about the play you are shooting currently?
Hasin: I'm now in Sirajganj for the serial “Saheb Bibir Boithokkhana”, directed by Zahid Hasan. He has acted in the play along with direction. As a man, Zahid Hasan is a great personality.

What's about your drama serial “Megher Opare” airing on Channel i?
Hasin:
In the drama, I've played a character named Nupur, who the story revolved around. Interesting thing is that there are several tear-jerking scenes in the play. I became so emotionally attached to the scenes that I did not need to use glycerin shooting the scenes.

Do you learn new things while working with senior artistes?
Hasin:
Frankly, I have a target to learn acting from the artistes while working with them because there's no end to learning. Like, I learned a lot from Shahiduzzaman Selim and Tarin while working with them in the play “Brand Master”.

What do you like doing on weekends?
Hasin:
If I have free time, I hang out with my husband. Soon I will visit Bangkok with him and spend a happy time there hopefully.

Do you have experience of overnight shooting?
Hasin:
I did only recently, for the play “Na Bhule Jabo Na”, a story on one night. For this, we had to stay at the shooting location whole night. It was shot in Mirpur. Sajal is my co-artiste in the project.
