In a new dimension of entertainment in Bangladesh, a holiday resort has introduced what can literally be termed as sailing the skies.

Located a kilometre beyond the Meghna Bridge, the resort charges Tk 1,200 for the two person-ride for five minutes, Tk 2,200 for 10 minutes and Tk 3,000 for 15 minutes.
“Necessary precautions are a priority, and a helmet and life jacket must be worn,” says Sohail Sarkar, manager of the resort.
Age discretion is advised and children under 12 are not allowed, he says.
