Dipa Khandaker in “Jana Gontobbo Ojana Somoy”

Popular small screen actress Dipa Khandaker is working with director Shanta Rahman after a hiatus of two years in a single episode TV play “Jana Gontobbo Ojana Somoy”. Written by Naznin Hasan Chumki, the play casts Dipa as a writer named Rimi who goes to a resort near the capital to finish her novel. But there she meets Shahed and the story takes a new turn.   

“I liked my role very much and we shot the play at a resort in Gazipur. Though Shanta is my friend she is a stern director. I think the audience will like the story.”

The play will go on air on ATN Bangla during upcoming Eid.
