DHS Autos introduces Deepal S07 and L07 in Bangladesh

DHS Autos Limited, the official distributor of Changan Automobiles in Bangladesh, has launched the Deepal S07 and L07, marking a significant expansion of Changan's electric vehicle (EV) lineup in the country. 

The unveiling took place at an event in Purbachal, attended by DHS Autos CEO Imran Zaman Khan, General Manager Arman Rashid, Head of Sales Farhan Samad, and Bangladesh's first female FIA-certified racing driver, Kashfia Arfa, alongside members of the Dhaka automotive community.

The Deepal S07, a mid-size electric SUV, is developed by Changan's EV subsidiary, Deepal. Designed in Turin, Italy, by a multinational team with experience in European and Japanese automotive brands, the S07 features a sleek exterior, a luxury yacht-inspired interior, a smart infotainment system, smart cabin controls, and integral seating, offering a comfortable and refined driving experience.

DHS CEO Imran Zaman Khan highlighted the Deepal L07, a mid-sized electric sedan, as another standout model from the same design team. "With its award-winning, striking exterior and luxurious interior, the L07 is designed for those who seek a combination of elegance and high performance," Khan stated.

DHS Head of Sales Farhan Samad reassured consumers about comprehensive after-sales support, including roadside assistance and an industry-leading warranty package with coverage of up to eight years on the EV battery and motor.

DHS GM Arman Rashid emphasised the company's role as a pioneer in Bangladesh's EV market. "We are proud to be one of the frontrunners in the country's transition to electric mobility. More exciting models from Deepal will be arriving soon, and DHS is actively involved in developing the nation's EV charging infrastructure, paving the way for a more sustainable future," he said.

With the launch of the Deepal S07 and L07, Bangladeshi consumers now have access to cutting-edge electric vehicles that align with the government's vision for sustainable transportation. The models are available for viewing and purchase starting today at the DHS Autos showroom at 246 Bir Uttam Mir Shawkat Sarak, Dhaka-1208.
