Rab detains three persons from the city’s Nilkhet area on charges of producing fake academic certificates.
Rab today detained three persons from the city’s Nilkhet area on charges of producing fake academic certificates.
Mokhlesur Rahman, 37, Kamal Hossain, 38, and Sohrab Hossain, 22, were detained around 11:45am along with two computers and some fake certificate, said Maj Ashraful Huq, second-in-command of Rab-10.
For all latest news, follow The Daily Star's Google News channel. In primary interrogation, the detainees admitted that they had been producing fake SSC, HSC and other academic certificates in Nilkhet market for a long time, he said.
Filing of a case against them is underway.
