Bullet-hit body recovered from Mohakhali

A bullet-hit body of a man was recovered from Mohakhali area of Dhaka early today.

Police identified the deceased as Kazi Rashed, 32, son of Abul Hossain of Mohakhali, Rafiqul Islam, assistant commissioner (Gulshan Zone) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police, told The Daily Star.

The body of Kazi Rashed has been recovered from an alley at the back of Mohakhali's Jolkhabar restaurant, the assistant commissioner said.

The body has been sent to Dhaka Medical College morgue for autopsy, he said.
