Law enforcers recover 19 cocktails from an abandoned bag in Ashulia of Savar.
Law enforcers today recovered 19 cocktails from an abandoned bag in Ashulia of Savar.
Ashulia Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Abdul Awal said locals found the cocktails inside an abandoned bag in Bashaid area and informed police around 11:00am.
On information, police rushed to the spot and cordoned off the area.
For all latest news, follow The Daily Star's Google News channel. Later, a team of Criminal Investigation Department’s bomb disposal unit recovered the bombs and defused those around 5:45pm, the OC said.
