Bad weather halts Paturia-Daulatdia ferry services

Launch and ferry services on Paturia-Daulatdia route in the Padma river have been suspended due to bad weather.

The authorities of Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Corporation (BIWTC) suspended the services on the route around 10:45 am on Monday, said Mahiuddin Russel, manager of BIWTC Aricha ghat.
