Singer Noble arrested by DB

Singer Mainul Ahsan Noble was arrested by the Detective Branch of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police today. 

The matter was confirmed by Faruk Hossain, deputy commissioner (media and public relations) of DMP.

He said a fraud case was lodged against Noble with the Motijheel Police Station four days ago. Lalbagh division of DB took him into custody today based on that.

Mizanur Rahman, officer-in-charge of the police station, said according to the case statement, Noble was supposed to perform at an event. Even though he took money for the show, he did not perform, added the OC.
