Bangladesh planning to buy fuel from Russia

Bangladesh is planning to buy fuel oil from Russia.

Planning Minister MA Mannan said this while talking to journalists following today's (August 16, 2022) Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (ECNEC) meeting.

"The prime minister has said that if India can buy (fuel from Russia), why can't we?" he said.

PM also issued instructions to bring those responsible for the tragic deaths in Uttara to justice, he said.
