Thai cuisine fest at Four Points by Sheraton Dhaka Feb 1-9
Four Points by Sheraton Dhaka is ready to woo the taste buds of food lovers in the city by arranging a nine-day Thai food festival, “HIGH ON THAI – A Fest of Thai Relish” at its signature restaurant ‘The Eatery’ from February 1.
Thai cuisine is a simple yet clever combination of Eastern and Western influences. Sour, sweet, salty, bitter and spicy flavors work together to make each dish come alive. Its profusion of exotic flavors and fragrances make it among the most coveted of international cuisines.
Once you’ve tried all the relish the authentic Thai classics at Four Points Dhaka, it will surely thrill your taste buds.
In this Thai food fest, food lovers will find the entire platter of Thai cuisine. Selections of hot and cold appetizers such as, Thai Seafood Salad, Sum Tom Salad, Yum nua yang (beef salad), Yum talay (seafood), Yum wonsen salad (noodles salad), Thod man pla (Thai fish cake), Kai satay (chicken), Nha (beef) satay, Pinki prawn roll, and Tom kha Kong (prawn coconut soup) will give one a boost start to the evening.
The main course selection includes Tom yum fried rice, Beef rangdang, Thai Lamb with Red Chilies, Thai fish with hot sauce, Lamb masaman curry, Thai grill chicken and many more treats.
The craving station offers to the foodies Thai lemon Fish (Snapper) and Slow cook roosted duck. There will also be live station for noodles and pasta. To give it the sweetest ending there will be a dessert bar enriched with Coconut Ice Cream, Mongo Sticky Rice (Thai Style), Coconut Caramel Pudding, Fruits Tartlet and so much more.
The buffet dinner, which is from 6:30pm to 10:30pm, will have an array of over 100 items, which is priced at Tk 4,500 per person. A “Buy One Get One Free” offer is applicable on selected cards.
