At least two people were injured in crude bomb explosions during a rally of the ruling Awami League-led 14-party alliance at Hazaribagh in Dhaka today.

Shechchhashebok League activists Moktar Hossain, 28, and Selim, 35, have received treatment at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH), a source at the hospital told The Daily Star.

Police said at least two crude bombs went off around 2:45pm when the leaders and activists of the alliance started to gather at Hazaribagh Park for the rally.

No one was detained in this connection.
