BNP Standing Committee member Barrister Rafiqul Islam Mia was sent to jail today after his surrender in arson cases.
The BNP leader was charged with 13 arson cases filed last January with different police stations in the capital.

Different Metropolitan Magistrate courts passed the orders rejecting his nine bail petitions.
On the other hand, he was granted bail in four cases filed with Paltan and Motijheel Police Stations.
