Reiterating that BNP's 'Vision 2030' is the replica of Awami League's 'Vision 2021', Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina says most of the plans outlined in their vision have already been implemented.

Reiterating that BNP's 'Vision 2030' is the replica of Awami League's 'Vision 2021', Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Wednesday said most of the plans outlined in their vision have already been implemented.

"We've already implemented most of the plans described in BNP's 'Vision 2030' and finish the remaining ones in the next fiscal year," she said responding to a tabled question from Fazilatunnesa Bappy (Women Seat-30) in parliament for PM's question-answer session.

Sheikh Hasina said BNP has to keep it in mind that it is necessary to have an appropriate strategy, qualified leadership and organised party, and above all, people's trust to implement any vision. "Before that, they need to promise they won't return to their past negative politics and rowdy activities," she said.

Hasina said Khaleda Zia has given a long list, but didn't mention the process to implement it and how will make financing arrangements. "This is not clear."

She termed it something like election manifesto. "But for that they have to go to power first. Khaleda also wants to bring basic changes in the parliamentary and referendum systems, but to do that, she'll require two-thirds majority in Parliament."
