Those talking of safety, where were they until now?
Yesterday, a girder of the BRT project fell on a car killing five. But who is responsible for this? Is it the Chinese contractor who disregarded minimum safety procedures? Is it the city corporation that was supposed to take care of its citizens? Is it the police who could not ensure public security? Or is it the government, who, after so many accidents in development projects fail to solve the problem?
