China has unveiled plans to build what it says will become the world’s largest solar farm, a sprawling facility high on the Tibetan plateau covering 610 square kilometres - about the size of Chicago. Chinese researchers develop world's smallest LEDs
Researchers from China's Zhejiang University, in collaboration with the University of Cambridge, have created the world’s smallest light-emitting diodes (LEDs), measuring just 90 nanometers in size - around the size of a virus.
