BFF Academy team into quarterfinals in China

BFF Academy U-17 football team suffered a 1-0 defeat to Wuhan China U-17 side in their third and final group match of 2nd Tianyu Liufang Cup in Lijiang, China on Tuesday.

Despite the defeat, BFF Academy team advanced into the quarterfinals, thanks to two successive wins in the first two matches.

The opponents of the quarterfinals will be decided after the completion of other group stage matches this afternoon. 

BFF Academy team came into their third match on the back of a 8-0 win over Sri Lanka Football Academy but the charges of Emadul Khan had to leave the ground with the first defeat in three matches.
