A distant view of the Trojan Horse rolling into the surf hints at the legendary ruse, before shifting to Holland confronting Bernthal: “I have to find out what happened to my father. When did you last see him?”

The acclaimed director has impressed the internet by choosing to shoot across real locations, rather than relying on CGI or green screens.

Last year’s Academy Award winners—Emma Stone, Cillian Murphy, Robert Downey Jr, and Da’Vine Joy Randolph—are set to grace the stage once again, this time as presenters at the 2025 Oscars.

“Christopher Nolan’s next film ‘The Odyssey’ is a mythic action epic shot across the world using groundbreaking IMAX film technology,” the studio stated. “For the first time, Homer’s foundational saga will be brought to IMAX screens, debuting worldwide on July 17, 2026.”
