Bollywood King Shah Rukh Khan starrer "Pathaan" was finally released in 41 cinema halls across the country today. There will be 200 screenings every day. 

Bangladeshi cinema hall owners have been wanting to screen Hindi films for quite a while now—their wish seems to finally take shape with the release of “Pathaan”.

Shah Rukh-starrer superhit "Pathaan" is releasing in Bangladesh on May 12. Advanced ticket sales have started in various cinema halls nationwide. 

Yesterday, Shah Rukh Khan released the teaser and release date of "Jawan" on social media. Action Cut Entertainment's Anonno Mamun who is bringing "Pathaan" in Bangladesh teased that he would try his best to bring SRK's "Jawan" as well. 

Now, as the Shah Rukh Khan starrer film “Pathaan” is set to have its theatrical release in Bangladesh this May 12, the “Dulavai Zindabad” actor is preparing to give “Pathaan” a run for its money.

Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone starrer "Pathaan" is finally releasing in Bangladesh. Yash Raj Films has finally opened up about the release of the film to local media. 

After receiving clearance from the censor board, “Pathaan” is finally set to be screened from May 12.

While hall owners and distributors are happy with the release of "Pathaan", some artistes are still opposed to the idea of releasing Hindi films in our theatres.

The permission to import films had only been given in the recent past. So far, after the verification of bank LC and other documents by Censor Board, a letter was sent on April 27 to have “Pathaan” imported from customs to the Film Censorship Board, asking to be given a NOC (Non Objection Certificate).

Shah Rukh Khan fans are now comparing the "Pathaan" star's physique with the physique of megastar Amitabh Bachchan in "Mohabbatein".

While many are vying to postpone "Pathaan" release in Bangladesh, director Anonno Mamun, who is responsible for the import of “Pathaan”, announced that the film will be released on May 5.

Action Cut Entertainment is importing Pathan to Bangladesh. On behalf of the organisation, Anonno Mamun told The Daily Star, “We will submit the film to the censor board tomorrow. If we get the clearance, it will be released next Friday.”

Recently, Salman Khan interrupted a journalist after he tried to give credit to the "Dabangg" star for making Shah Rukh's film "Pathaan" blockbuster hit in theaters. 

This Eid we witnessed all sorts of movie genres being released across theaters. Eight films were released among which Shakib Khan starrer "Leader Amie Bangladesh" and Puja Chery's "Jinn" are doing wonders at the cinema hall. 

With the action-packed combo of Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan, the new theme song was able to capture the audience’s attention, gathering a large amount of traction online.

After months of debate and verbal approval, we finally know the date on which “Pathaan” will release in Bangladesh. From May 5, fans can finally see Shah Rukh Khan’s commercial blockbuster in our halls.

Ananta Jalil and Barsha arranged a special press meet at BFDC, where they talked with the media about their movie "Kill Him." Barsha, who plays a villain in the movie, claimed that fans compared Ananta with Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan. 

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting will soon be giving permission to import 10 Hindi films this year. Next year, in 2024, around eight Hindi films will be released. Multiple sources have confirmed the news to The Daily Star. The ministry will issue a notice in this regard within a day or two.

As the “Pathaan” star took to the stage and danced to the number, “Jhoome Jo Pathaan”, a video of Aryan Khan smiling while watching his father perform went viral on social media, taking the netizens by storm.

Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan broke the office when they came together for blockbuster hit "Pathaan" in theaters. It seems like the successful duo will be coming back in YRF's upcoming ambitious spy universe project.
