Gias Uddin Selim's film “Kajol Rekha” has been released in cinemas across the country this Eid-ul-Fitr. Within a week of its release, the producer revealed plans for alternative screenings of “Kajol Rekha” nationwide. On Tuesday, the director revealed the news at the capital's SKS Tower while attending a special screening of the film.

The film industry is gearing up for the release of several highly anticipated movies for Eid-ul-Fitr. Among them, "Kajol Rekha" and "Lipstick" have recently achieved a significant milestone by obtaining censor certificates, clearing their path for Eid release.

Srijit Mukherji wrote on his social handle, “‘O Abhagi’ is a beautiful and sensitive interpretation of a Sarat Chandra classic with a solid ensemble led magnificently by Rafiath Rashid.”

Popular actress Rafiath Rashid Mithila will be training Tollywood actors Rangaraj and Nishi to speak with a Bangladeshi accent for a Tollywood film titled, "Debi Chowdhurani" directed by Subhrajit Mitra. The film also features Prosenjit Chatterjee and Srabanti Chatterjee in the lead roles.  

Mithila further emphasised that she has known Jaya for a long time, even before her marriage to Srijit, and sees no reason to make a fuss about their past.
