Asus unveils new gaming laptops in Bangladesh

Asus has introduced a new generation of gaming laptops in Bangladesh, showcasing models from its Republic of Gamers (ROG), TUF Gaming and V Series lines at an event titled ROG Unleashed on September 21.

A central theme of the event was the integration of Nvidia's RTX 50 series GPUs, which ASUS said would bring desktop-class performance to portable devices. Attendees, including gaming enthusiasts, students and creative professionals, were given hands-on demonstrations of the devices.

Among the models unveiled was the Asus ROG Strix Scar 18 equipped with an RTX 5090 GPU and an 18-inch display, the Scar 18 is aimed at users seeking desktop-level performance in a portable format. ASUS has priced the device at BDT 649,990. 

The Asus Zephyrus series was also featured, with the G14 and G16 models combining thin designs with high-performance specifications. The G14 is priced at BDT 332,000, while the G16 is priced at BDT 388,000. 

The company also expanded its TUF Gaming portfolio with the A14, A16 and F16 models, positioned at lower price points than the flagship ROG devices. Prices start at BDT 170,000 for the F16, BDT 187,500 for the A16 and BDT 194,000 for the A14. 

ASUS further introduced the V16, the first model in its new V Series. With an Intel Core 5 Series-2 processor, and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 GPU and a 16-inch display with a 144 Hz refresh rate, the laptop has been priced at BDT 164,000.
