Dhaka local buses to finally get e-ticketing

The e-ticketing system is going to be launched on an experimental basis for Dhaka local buses starting September 20, 2022.
The decision stems from the initiative of Khandaker Enayet Ullah, General Secretary of Dhaka Road Transport Owners Association.

As part of an initial pilot program with e-ticketing partner 'Jatri Services Limited' under the overall supervision of Dhaka Road Transport Owners Association, a total of five companies including Prajapati Paribahan, Paristhan Paribahan, Achim Paribahan, Noor-e Makka Paribahan and Basumati Paribahan have completed an agreement on September 1, 2022.
