Salesforce has introduced Agentforce 360, a platform designed to embed AI agents directly into business operations alongside human employees.

According to the company, the system integrates four core components: AI agents with conversational and voice capabilities, a unified data layer called Data 360, business applications that embed AI into workflows, and Slack for real-time communication between humans and AI systems.

According to the company, early users have seen measurable results in their operations. Reddit reduced support response times from nearly nine minutes to under one and a half minutes, while OpenTable now handles 70% of customer inquiries without human intervention. The platform allows businesses to deploy AI agents grounded in company data that can collaborate across teams and workflows.

Agentforce 360 is now available globally, supporting AI models from various providers, including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google. Additional features remain in testing phases.
