Shaon to perform Humayun songs abroad

Meher Afroze Shaon is scheduled to perform songs written by Humayun Ahmed in Australia in the New Year. Besides the performances, there will also be sessions which will reflect upon the memory of the departed novelist.

Abida Ruchi will plan and produce the event, organized by Bashbhumi.

Shaon is currently occupied directing a movie based on one of Humayun Ahmed's stories called "Krishnopokkho" that stars Riaz, Mahiya Mahi, Tania Ahmed & Ferdous Ahmed. The movie may be released upon the New Year.
